The General conditions of sale below determine the relationships between BABOUCHES.NET and its customers. The customer acknowledges having read general conditions of sale set out below from the validation of the order. Precision on the payment by cheque : Your order is then reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period, without reception of your cheque, it will be cancelled. The order will be processed only on receipt of your check and after its collection. The payment of the full price must be effective before shipping.

 

Article 6: Confirmation of orders

To ensure the will of the customer, orders will be confirmed by e-mail before shipment. If absent, the customer or the recipient of the product receives a notice of passage, allowing him to make contact with the carrier to the address indicated on the notice of passage to arrange another delivery day.

In the event that the package would not be withdrawn within a period of 10 working days as of the receipt of the notice, the parcel will be returned to BABOUCHES.NET and the refunded customer, by any means, at the choice of the amount of the order BABOUCHES.NET delivery costs deducted.

Moreover, the carrier will make two additional passes the two working days following the first passage of the UPS company. If at the end of these three delivery attempts, delivery still could not be carried out, a card addressed to the customer or the recipient of the order is sent by post, indicating that the parcel will be held for a period of five days working at the nearest UPS Center from his home. The customer or the recipient of the order may proceed with the withdrawal of the package at this Center. 7.3 delivery times

Delays in delivery at destination of the metropolitan France and Monaco are the following:

-Colissimo Suivi of the post: 3 to 5 business days

-Chronopost: 1 to 3 working days

-For Corsica, delivery deadlines are extended 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery periods begin to run from the sending of the order confirmation e-mail. It is sent by post within a period of 72 hours for credit card payments. For payments by cheque, the delivery time will depend on the value date of your Bank (+/-7 banking days). Delivery time will vary depending on the volume or weight of the package. It is given as an indication, the possible delays do not give right to the customer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages. BABOUCHES.NET cannot be held responsible for an error in delivery in the case of inaccuracy of the coordinates provided by the customer. In case of exceeding of these delivery times exceeding 7 days working and not due to a case of force majeure, the customer will have the possibility, within a maximum of thirty working days starting of an overrun of the maximum lead time for delivery of products, to cancel his order by recommended letter with notice of Reception addressed to the contact information in the "contact us" of the Internet Site of BABOUCHES.NET.

The sales contract will be considered to be broken at the reception by society of the letter to the Client informing him of his decision, if delivery is not made between the sending and the receipt of this letter.

-Chronopost delivery

In the event of anomaly found in the presence of the Chronopost attendant

    • Notification of incidents and the formulation of reservations should be made within a period of three working days.


-UPS delivery

In the event of anomaly found in the presence of the officer of UPS
